1. AC vibration motor and DC vibration motor; AC vibration motor also has single-phase and three-phase, if speed regulation is required, single-phase motor plus speed governor can be adjusted, and three-phase motor can be adjusted by adding frequency converter.
 
The price of AC vibration motor is favorable, and the use of AC vibration motor and governor has a certain impact on the life of vibration motor, and it is not convenient to control, and the speed control data is not accurate enough.
 
2. DC vibration motor: DC vibration motor has thickened aluminum alloy and 304, 316 stainless steel shell two shell materials, divided into three configurations: ordinary version, digital display version, 485 communication version. DC brushless vibration motor with intelligent control, accurate speed regulation, high efficiency and energy saving, super long and durable, high cost performance.

The operation efficiency, low-speed torque and speed accuracy of DC vibration motor are better than those of any control technology inverter. Brushless DC motor is also known as intelligent vibration motor. Wireless monitoring and control system can be used for DC brushless motor, which can realize wireless control, remote monitoring and other intelligent motor management through computers and mobile phones.
